Scams - The Jiffy Lube Way

I think we all know the Auto Repair business is not always "Pristine", but this time the Scam was caught on tape.

As money gets tighter we all must increase our radar in matters where we could be vulnerable.

I thought Women we the prime targets for Auto Repair Scams, but this video shows those targets have widened to whoever has the green.

Don't forget, you can ask for all the old parts, oil filter, spark plugs, window wipers, brake pads etc.

Jiffy Lube has taken steps to clean up there mess.

Most of the service people caught on tape have been fired. The district manager has also been fired.

Customers who were cheated are being compensated by Jiffy Lube. This in the form of rechecks and repairs free of charge if needed. Jiffy Lube is trying to do the right thing, unfortunately this is the second time in three years they have had to clean house.

I guess it really is a "Dirty Business", oil that is.

Be alert, don't get pressured into anything, Jiffy lube is not the only one out there trying to Scam you from your money.
